In the clean area, under dynamic conditions, the major source of bacteria and dust is the operator.

Before entering the clean area, the operator must use clean air to blow and drench the dust particles attached to the surface of his clothes and act as an air lock.

The air shower room is a purification equipment for personnel to enter the clean area and the clean workshop. It has strong versatility and can be used with all clean areas and clean workshops. When staff enter the workshop, they must use this equipment to spray strong clean air from all directions to people with a rotary nozzle, effectively and quickly remove dust, hair, hair scraps and other debris attached to clothes, which can reduce the pollution problems caused by people entering and leaving the clean area.

2) Cold rolled steel plate air shower (acid pickling, phosphating and electrostatic spraying) is applicable to electronic factories, with a large number of users. Because the door is made of stainless steel, it is very durable, but the price is relatively moderate.

3) Stainless steel plate air shower (SUS304) is suitable for food processing, medicine and health care products processing industries. The workshop environment is relatively humid but will not rust.
